Timeline view

• 5pm's interactive timeline gives you an alternative Gantt-style view of your projects and tasks, their durations, and dependencies.
• You can filter data by groups, projects, and people. You can switch between daily, weekly, and monthly views. Most importantly, you can drag and resize your projects and tasks directly on the timeline.

Customizable reports

• Customize and create your own reports (with CSV/Excel export and print view).
• Time report: What everyone is working on and how much time they are spending on it.
• Overview Report: A universal report that filters projects/tasks/activities in multiple ways.
• Workload Reports: Helps you visualize and manage your team's workload.

Social Toolbar

• See which team members logged in at 5 PM, check their status, history logs, and even chat with them in real time!
• The social toolbar is a great way to share what you're doing and for quick one-on-one conversations.

Email integration

• 5pm interacts with emails in both directions. You can send email notifications to the team to create or edit projects, tasks, messages, etc.
• You can also send an email at 5:00 pm to create tasks, assign teams, attach files, add messages, etc.
