The Tieline Cloud Codec Controller offers a simple user interface to configure, connect and manage your entire Tieline codec network and all Report-IT Enterprise users from a single PC located anywhere in the world.

The TieServer Console for PC / Mac is an optional feature with Report-IT Enterprise.

Once an administrator account and domain name for your network is registered in TieServer, you can use this domain to configure all Report-IT user accounts.

TieLink.

TieLink is a secure, independently hosted global server network with multiple global backups. It centralizes the management of the Tieline codec contact list and provides auto-discovery of codecs in customized 'call groups'. It also provides NAT passage to simplify connections.

Connect your codec to an IP network and, seconds later, the screen will list all the IP codecs in the group or network to which you can connect, like in a list of cell phone addresses. The status on the screen is displayed if the codecs are already connected or available for disking. Simply select a contact and press 'dial' to connect. The TieLink Traversal server takes care of everything and automatically rotates IP calls.
